The Xcellence TV Network is an affiliate of the parent company, Xcellence, Inc.  Xcellence, Inc. was founded by Dr. Angella Palmer-Banks in 2008.  The 501c3 tax-exempt organization focuses its efforts on Community Leadership by fulfilling its mission to develop, empower, and promote community leaders globally.
